New career [October 2008]

_{Omar has joined the new launched Project Management and Development company "PMD-House" main-office located in Jeddah-KSA (Dallah Group), at endeavor as a "Consultant / Systems Engineer" for the ATVAM project and others...}

If you are developing a Strategy/Plan, or deciding which improvement initiatives to implement, you need a clear picture of the future environment you're aiming for. The Engineer shows how to develop such plan, and offers the framework on which you can describe and develop your own vision. The Engineer vision describes the 'to-be' state of work that an organization wants to reach from its 'as-is' state.

An Engineer has a passion for doing things right, precisely right. He also has vision to do things [better, quicker, cheaper] working out the practical routes to Make It Happen.
Without an Engineer vision, long-term plans can't be made, an improvement strategy can't be developed, and improvement initiatives can't be coordinated (the organizations will make day-to-day decisions, and the improvement initiatives will conflict and the productivity will decrease instead of increasing)...
